I’m totally redoing my 335xi’s suspension. It would’ve already been done, but the UUC sway bars I ordered !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , except their site didn’t say back ordered when I ordered them. UUC gave me the runaround for a few weeks so I canceled my order and regrouped.
The good thing is, sitting around waiting for UUC to eventually not do anything, I was able to fully research this project a little more and now have a list of parts I am quite happy with.
Instead of UUC front & rear bars, I’m keeping the stock front sway bar and getting an M3 convertible rear sway bar. The stock front bar will get Ground Control adjustable end links and Strongflex poly bushings.
Even though I’m keeping the stock front sway bar, the E93 M3 rear bar isn’t as stiff as the UUC rear bar, so it combined with the upgraded end links and bushings on the stock 335xi bar will be fine.
Here’s all of everything!

BMW rear upper spring pads (33536764419) x2

The spring pads and dust boots are just to replace the stock ones but I figure the car’s 5 years old and since I’m doing new shocks & springs I might as well replace these.
Woohoo finally this shit will be here! Well, everything except the front end links and rear sway bar is already sitting at my mechanic’s!

Psshhh should’ve gone with SACHS coilovers. ;)

The overall goal with this project is to maintain as much comfort as possible, hence the Koni FSDs. It’s a street car that I just want to handle nicely, and I’m addressing all the different little things about the suspension that can be improved.

The SACHS coiloves are actually much more of a road and track type suspension, offering a great compromise between performance and comfort. Along the lines of the Bilstein PSS10, Ohlins R&T, and KW V3s. But I get what you’re going for a why you chose what you did.

They also don’t have an application for my car. But really what it comes down to is while there are certainly coilovers that ride well enough, the FSDs are supposed to both improve handling and be more comfy than stock. All the bushings and mounts and whatnot will remove slop from other parts of the suspension. The turn-in response will be hugely improved by the poly front tension strut bushings replacing the stock hydro bushings in that spot plus aggressive camber and caster.

All good points.
If you ever decide to upgrade your clutch though... ;)
